Whether is it better to design a website using Flash rather than using just HTML?

I say its better to use flash rather than using regular HTML! Because with flash most of the work is already done for you, and you can customize it the way you want it to! Sometimes with HTML it just doesn't work out all the time you make a mistake and you put something in the wrong places.

So that's why I say that Flash( by flash i mean using Dreamweaver!) is better than regular HTML, Besides with to much HTML coding its a little hard to edit when you done, Oh and adding flash file are easier!
